If you want to exclude certain responses from your survey results, such as your own test responses, low-quality responses, duplicates, or spam, you can hide them.
What happens when you hide a response?
Hidden responses are excluded from your survey report and won’t appear in the in-app results analysis.
How to hide a response:
Navigate to the Individual responses section of your survey. You can do this by either selecting the survey and clicking Results in the upper menu, or by clicking the three dots in the lower right corner of the survey card on the main page.
Mark the responses you want to hide and click Hide. Once hidden, the row will be greyed out, and an orange icon will appear next to the question.
How to delete a response:
To delete a response, follow the same steps, but click Delete instead of Hide.
Important:
Hidden answers can be restored and included back in your survey report.
Deleted answers cannot be restored, and Survio’s employees cannot recover deleted answers.
